Alex Bichuch is a Senior Networking and Security Consultant with a progressive 13 year career in technical hands-on and management capacities. As a consultant, he possesses a track record of success in maximizing value of existing technology infrastructures and implementing new, cutting-edge technologies that drive incremental business value for his clients.
Recently Alex been engaged as a Lead Architect on a national VoIP project that incorporates branch consolidation, transition from legacy to IP enabled voice solution and implementation of four regional call centers. Prior to that Alex worked as a Project Executive on a national coast-to-coast, VPN rollout that included transition from legacy X.25 credit and debit processing system with standalone point of sale system to integrated POS with IP based credit/debit/judication system.
Alex received an MBA in Information Technology degree from Athabasca University and various industry certifications such as CISSP, RHCE and FCNE. He has been active in the areas of Linux, security and Voice over IP for over 8 year and has been a speaker/contributor in various venues across Canada.

Ken Bantoft has been designing and building IT infrastructures for 10 years. His top down and group up approaches meet in the middle to provide businesses with solid, reliable and sustainable IT infrastructure. While he has a strong foundation of Cisco, Unix/Linux and Mirosoft products, Ken has worked with technoligies from most IT vendors over the past 15 years.
His latest projects have included a 45 site Global MPLS rollout, several Server Consolidation and Virtualization projects, and IT relocation projects, including VoIP conversion and deployments.
He is an active member of the Open Source community, maintaining several packages, as well as speaking at various conferences in both North America and Europe.
Ken has several industry certifications, including NNCSS, FNCE and RHCE.

Andres Rios is a Networking Consultant and a Website Developer. Having graduated in 2003 from the University of Toronto with a degree in Computer Engineering, Andres Rios has undergone extensive training in software and hardware design. Andres is currently working with the 3com VOIP offerings, in particular the NBX series.
Andres has experience with PHP, HTML and MySQL and has used these technologies to create “Web Resources” like the IPConnectX website which you are now viewing. He has been active in the areas of Linux, Web Design and Development, and Voice over IP for the last 3 years.
Recently, Andres had the mixed blessing of joining the ranks of those in North America who have had a serious head and brain injury due to a motor vehicle accident. Andres recovered remarkably well, and because of this experience came away with a connection to the SNOW group in the University of Toronto.
The SNOW group is the Special Needs Opportunity Window. Andres volunteered with this group and helped them update their web site. Andres also had the pleasure of working with the SNOW group at their 2005 summer camp for the disabled.

Robert Rock is a long time sales professional working in the field of financial services and information technology. His approach is consultative sales and he works diligently with his clients to ensure that he’s developed the best possible solution. In the past year and a half, Rob has focused primarily on IP Telephony and is a certified sales person of most major North American Telephony vendors.
His latest project was becoming the first person to sell the Aastra MX One system in Canada.
Robert is an active member of his community serving on several boards of directors for local organizations. Robert is an active speaker having preformed the role of MC at major functions including AGMs, and charitable events.
