  •  Non-business critical issues: Submit a ticket through the IPConnectX portal.  Refer to instructions in the “IPConnectX Ticketing Portal” document.
  • Emergency or after-hours support: Contact IPConnectX directly by telephone.  Support information can be found in the “IPConnectX Emergency Support” document.
