How to install or force update webroot client

If you don't have access to the webroot management console, the easiest way is to download the latest client from here --> http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsasme.exe

If you do have access to the webroot management console, then go to Group Management, pick the group you like to update (by default you should pick All Endpoints. Sort the stations by Agent Version and select the specific stations you would like to update. Once the stations are selected (they should be highlighted in green), click on Agent Command and scroll down on the menu to Advanced >> Run Customer Support script. At this point, you will get a popup with two fields URL: and Command-Line Options. Put the link from above in the URL field and click on the Download and Execute button.
